About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Front of House Coordinator to be the face of our flagship Chelsea clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing an impeccable customer experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll also support the wider clinic team in managing appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining the luxurious standards we’re known for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting clients and managing check-ins in a warm, professional manner
Managing the clinic diary and coordinating bookings using our CRM system
Liaising with clinicians and therapists to ensure smooth appointment flow
Supporting the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and stock management
Helping to create a calm, immaculate, and welcoming clinic environment
Talking confidently about our treatments and products (full training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in a client-facing or luxury customer service role (reception, hospitality, retail, etc.)
Highly organised, polished, and detail-oriented
A warm, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Interest in aesthetic treatments and skincare is a plus!
