Cavendish Clinic was founded in 2011 by a team of leading and world renowned plastic surgeons and consultants from London’s leading hospitals, who set out to offer top-tier body contouring solutions like CoolSculpting. We quickly became the UK’s leading destination for these treatments and earned a reputation for excellence that set us apart in the aesthetics industry.
With the success of our first clinic on Welbeck Street, we thoughtfully expanded to further London locations, each becoming a successful clinic in its own right.

After many years of striving to deliver a brand-leading service to our valued clients, it is with great sadness and regret that we must inform you that Cavendish Clinics operating within John Lewis has ceased trading with immediate effect.
Please note that the Fitzrovia Clinic is a separate legal entity and is unaffected by this change. It continues to operate and provide services to its clients as normal.
As a result, we are unfortunately unable to honour any outstanding appointments or pre-paid treatment packages.
All enquiries and requests for refunds in respect of pre-paid treatments should be directed, in the first instance, to your payment card provider.
If your payment card provider does not refund you under the Chargeback Scheme, and you hold a John Lewis receipt, further enquiries should be made to the John Lewis Customer Care number 01698 545 162.
If you do not hold a John Lewis receipt, further information on how to make a claim will be posted on our website or sent to you by email in due course. We thank our clients for their support, understanding and patience at this time.
