If you’re beginning to notice sagging skin, jowls, loss of jawline definition or looseness around the neck, FaceTite® offers a powerful alternative to traditional facelift surgery.Â
Using advanced radiofrequency-assisted technology, FaceTite works beneath the skin to tighten tissue, stimulate collagen production and sculpt the lower face and neck. The result is a firmer, more defined appearance with significantly less downtime than a surgical facelift. FaceTite combines skin tightening, contouring and fat reduction in a single treatment, helping to restore youthful definition while maintaining natural-looking results.
At Cavendish, FaceTite is performed by our expert medical team and is often combined with complementary treatments such as Morpheus8, AccuTite and injectables to create a truly bespoke facial rejuvenation plan.
Many patients notice an immediate improvement in contour and skin tightness following treatment, with results continuing to develop over the following months as new collagen is produced. Improvements typically continue for up to 6–12 months after treatment.
The outcome is a firmer, more sculpted appearance that looks refreshed and natural rather than over-treated.
– Typical Improvements Include:
– A more defined jawline
– Reduced jowls
– Improved neck contour
– Firmer, tighter skin
– Enhanced facial definition
– A younger, more refreshed appearance

Restore definition and reduce the appearance of jowls for a sharper, more youthful profile.

Improve loose skin beneath the chin and across the neck for a smoother, firmer appearance.

Target stubborn fat beneath the chin while simultaneously tightening the overlying skin.

Lift and contour the lower face to create more youthful facial proportions.
FaceTite is particularly effective in the lower face and neck, where skin laxity and loss of definition are most noticeable.

FaceTite uses a specialised radiofrequency device that works both above and below the skin surface. Controlled thermal energy gently heats the deeper tissues, causing existing collagen fibres to contract while stimulating the production of new collagen over the months that follow.
At the same time, the treatment can precisely contour unwanted fat deposits around the chin, jawline and neck to create a more sculpted appearance.
This dual-action approach delivers improvements in both skin quality and facial definition that are difficult to achieve with non-invasive treatments alone.

Before Your FaceTite® Treatment
Your FaceTite journey begins with a comprehensive consultation to assess your skin quality, facial anatomy and treatment goals. Prior to treatment, you may be advised to avoid certain medications and supplements that can increase the risk of bruising, as well as excessive sun exposure. Your practitioner will provide personalised guidance to ensure you are fully prepared and comfortable ahead of your procedure.
After Your FaceTite® Treatment
Following treatment, it is normal to experience some swelling, bruising and tenderness in the treated areas. Most patients can return to normal daily activities within a few days, although recovery varies between individuals. As the healing process progresses, collagen production is stimulated and your results will continue to improve over the coming months. Your practitioner will provide detailed aftercare instructions and schedule any follow-up appointments to support your recovery and optimise your outcome.
Disclaimer As with any medical aesthetic procedure, individual results will vary. The suitability of FaceTite® will depend on factors including your age, skin quality, degree of skin laxity, anatomy and treatment goals.
FaceTite is designed to improve skin tightening, facial contouring and jawline definition, but results cannot be guaranteed and may differ from person to person. A consultation with a qualified medical practitioner is required to determine whether FaceTite is an appropriate treatment option for you.
All medical procedures carry potential risks and side effects. Your practitioner will discuss the benefits, limitations, expected recovery and any associated risks during your consultation to ensure you can make a fully informed decision.

FaceTite® is an advanced facial contouring and skin tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency-assisted technology to lift, tighten and redefine the lower face and neck. Often referred to as a non-surgical facelift alternative, FaceTite can deliver significant improvements in skin laxity, jawline definition and facial contouring without the need for traditional facelift surgery.
FaceTite uses controlled radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin to heat and contract tissue while stimulating collagen production. This process tightens loose skin, improves elasticity and can reduce small pockets of unwanted fat around the chin, jawline and neck. The result is a firmer, more youthful appearance that continues to improve over time.
Both treatments aim to improve facial ageing, but they are suited to different stages of the ageing process.
FaceTite is ideal for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity who want noticeable improvement without undergoing surgery. Recovery is typically quicker and there are no large incisions.
A surgical facelift generally produces the most dramatic results and may be more appropriate for patients with advanced skin laxity or significant excess skin.
One of the advantages of choosing Cavendish is that our team works closely with founder and Consultant Plastic Surgeon, Matt James, ensuring patients are guided towards the most appropriate solution rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Although both treatments use radiofrequency technology, they work differently.
Morpheus8 primarily focuses on skin quality, texture, collagen stimulation and mild skin tightening through fractional microneedling.
FaceTite works beneath the skin to provide more significant tightening, contouring and lifting, making it more suitable for patients with visible skin laxity and loss of definition.
Many patients achieve the best results by combining FaceTite and Morpheus8 as part of a comprehensive facial rejuvenation plan.
FaceTite is performed under local anaesthetic, ensuring the treatment is comfortable for most patients. You may experience temporary swelling, bruising and tenderness afterwards, but these effects are usually mild and settle as the healing process progresses.
Every patient is different, so it is impossible to predict an exact number of years. However, many patients report looking noticeably fresher, more defined and rejuvenated following treatment.Â
The goal of FaceTite is not to make you look different—it is to restore youthful contours and improve skin firmness while maintaining natural-looking results that still look like you.
Many patients notice an immediate improvement in contour and skin tightness after treatment. However, the most significant results develop gradually as collagen production increases over the following months.
Results typically continue to improve for up to 6–12 months following treatment.
FaceTite delivers long-lasting improvements in skin tightening and facial contouring. While the ageing process naturally continues, many patients enjoy their results for several years.Â
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, medical-grade skincare programme and any recommended maintenance treatments can help prolong your outcome.
