Cavendish Clinic was founded in 2011 by a team of leading and world renowned plastic surgeons and consultants from London’s leading hospitals, who set out to offer top-tier body contouring solutions like CoolSculpting. We quickly became the UK’s leading destination for these treatments and earned a reputation for excellence that set us apart in the aesthetics industry.

With the success of our first clinic on Welbeck Street, we thoughtfully expanded to further London locations, each becoming a successful clinic in its own right. In 2021, we took on the ambitious challenge of opening seven new in-store clinics within John Lewis locations, believing it would be a great opportunity to reach new clients. Over time, we also built strong global alliances within medical aesthetics, including becoming a key partner with Allergan Aesthetics.

Then, in 2022, thanks to our trusted reputation and excellence in aesthetics, we proudly opened the SkinCeuticals Skin Lab, Santa Monica, which has become a leading provider of facials and injectables in Santa Monica.

In recent years, the market landscape has shifted significantly, with low-cost entrants driving prices down, often in the absence of robust clinical governance and safety standards. This is something Cavendish will never compromise on. As these market dynamics have evolved, trading conditions have become increasingly challenging, and in December 2025 we made the difficult decision to close our John Lewis Clinics

At Cavendish, we’ve always prided ourselves on delivering exceptional service, especially at our flagship Fitzrovia site. We learned that our strength lies in focusing on what we do best: body contouring and doctor-led skin treatments. We are so incredibly proud of the talented people who make it all possible here at our Fitzrovia Clinic.
