Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, consultations, products and services provided by Cavendish Clinic (“the Clinic”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By booking an appointment or purchasing products or services from the Clinic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone or in person.
Certain treatments may require a consultation, deposit or full payment at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or in the best interests of the client.
2. Consultations
Consultations are intended to assess your suitability for treatment and provide personalised clinical advice.
A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or carried out. Our clinicians will only recommend treatments they believe are safe, appropriate and in your best interests.
3. Medical Information
You must provide complete and accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies and any changes to your health.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your suitability for treatment and could increase the risk of complications. The Clinic accepts no responsibility where information has been withheld or is inaccurate.
4. Treatment Suitability
Your safety is our priority.
Our clinicians reserve the right to decline, postpone or discontinue treatment at any stage if they believe it is not clinically appropriate, medically safe or unlikely to achieve a suitable outcome.
5. Results
Individual results vary from person to person.
While we aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, no treatment can guarantee specific results. Factors including age, lifestyle, medical history, skin type, genetics and adherence to aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Treatment packages, courses and promotional offers must be used in accordance with the specific terms applicable to that offer.
7. Refunds
Treatments, consultations, services and products purchased from the Clinic are non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
8. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in the loss of any deposit paid or the value of your package treatment.
Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in future appointments requiring full payment in advance.
9. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may reduce your treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled in order to minimise disruption to other clients.
In the event of a late arrival and the treatment cannot proceed, the cancellation policy will apply.
10. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are intended solely for the named client and are non-transferable unless expressly agreed by the Clinic.
Unless otherwise stated, package sessions must be completed within 12 months of the date of purchase.
11. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed before their expiry date where applicable.
Gift vouchers may only be used towards eligible treatments and products.
12. Aftercare
You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided by the Clinic.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes and increase the risk of complications.
If you experience unexpected symptoms or have concerns following treatment, you should contact the Clinic promptly.
13. Adverse Reactions
Although every treatment carries some degree of risk, serious complications are uncommon.
You acknowledge that all risks, benefits and alternatives will be discussed prior to treatment and that you will have the opportunity to ask questions before providing informed consent.
14. Products
Retail products should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
and any clinical advice provided.
Opened skincare products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or your statutory rights apply.
15. Photography
Clinical photographs may be recommended to monitor treatment progress.
Photographs will only be used for marketing purposes where your separate consent has been obtained. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any rights you have under consumer protection legislation.
Subject to the above, the Clinic shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to follow medical advice, failure to disclose relevant medical information, or circumstances outside the Clinic’s reasonable control.
17. Privacy
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
