Booking and Payment

This treatment is available as a single session or as part of a course for optimal results. We offer flexible payment options, including Klarna and Clearpay (pay in 3 installments). All bookings are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How Many Sessions will I need?

Most clients achieve optimal results with a course of 4 sessions, spaced about 5-10 days apart. Your practitioner will tailor the plan to your body goals, but four sessions is the standard protocol proven in clinical studies.

How long do the results last?

Improvements in muscle tone and fat reduction will be noticeable after a few weeks, with results continuing to improve for up to 3 months as your body processes fat cells and builds new muscle fibres.

With a healthy lifestyle, results can last 6-12 months, and many clients choose to schedule maintenance sessions every 3-6 months to sustain their results.

Procedure Time

Each session lasts around 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into a lunch break or busy schedule.

Aftercare Advice

You can resume normal activities immediately. Mild muscle soreness may occur, like after a workout, and usually settles within 24-48 hours. Stay hydrated to support results.
