Permanent method of simultaneously removing fat and tightening skin. BodyTite at Cavendish Clinic is performed by plastic surgeons. 

BodyTite™ is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) technology to remove excess fat and tighten the skin. It is a relatively new advancement in body contouring and has gained popularity as an alternative to traditional liposuction.

During a BodyTite™ procedure, a small incision is made in the target area, and a special handheld device is inserted beneath the skin. The device emits radiofrequency energy, which liquefies the fat cells and tightens the surrounding tissues. At the same time, the device also suctions out the liquefied fat, resulting in a reduction in fat volume and improved body contour.

BodyTite™ is considered a minimally invasive procedure because it involves smaller incisions compared to traditional liposuction. This results in less scarring, reduced downtime, and faster recovery. The procedure is typically performed under local anesthesia, and most patients can return to their regular activities within a few days to a week, depending on the extent of the treatment.

It is important to note that while BodyTite™ can provide noticeable improvements in body contour and skin tightening, it is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle or a solution for significant weight loss. Booking and Payment

This treatment is available as a single session or as part of a course for optimal results. We offer flexible payment options, including Klarna and Clearpay (pay in 3 installments). All bookings are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How Many Sessions will I need?

Most clients achieve their desired outcome with just one BodyTite procedure. Your surgeon will assess your individual goals and recommend a tailored treatment plan to achieve the best possible results.

How long do the results last?

BodyTite delivers long-lasting results, as the fat cells removed are permanently eliminated and cannot return. Skin tightening effects continue to improve for up to 6-12 months as collagen remodels. Maintaining a stable weight and healthy lifestyle will help preserve your results for the long term.

Procedure Time

A BodyTite procedure typically takes 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size and number of areas being treated. The treatment is usually performed under local anaesthesia, and most clients can return home the same day.

Aftercare Advice

After BodyTite, most clients can return to light activities within a few days, although some swelling, bruising, or tenderness is normal and may last up to two weeks. Compression garments are usually recommended to support healing and optimise results. Avoid strenuous exercise for 2-3 weeks, and follow your surgeon’s personalised aftercare plan to ensure the best outcome.
