CONSULTATIONS

 

At Cavendish Clinic we manage our patients’ journeys by providing treatments and procedures that match their expectations and reflect the vast experience and expertise of our team.

Consultations with our Registered Practitioners are complimentary, provided to supply you with all of the necessary information and advice you require to make an informed decision about your treatment or procedure.

 

We also offer consultations with our highly experienced Doctors and Surgeons, for which we do charge a consultation fee. However, if you do wish to proceed this amount is redeemable against the cost of your treatment.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND FAILURE TO ARRIVE AT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

 

Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person. We just ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment, although as much notice as possible does help us to maintain the high level of service that we aim to provide for our patients. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation will lead to your treatment being forfeited.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you do think you may be late for your appointment, please contact us and we can try to accommodate the appointment as best we can.  There may, however, be times when we are unable to do this and treatment times will be reduced accordingly or rescheduled.

 

REFUNDS

 

We do not offer refunds on treatments taken, purchased products or medical consultations where treatment has not taken place.

 

Refunds on courses: If you require a refund on a treatment as part of any course of treatments, any treatments taken will revert to the standard price of a single treatment and lose the benefit of any discount. The refund of the remaining treatments is therefore calculated upon monies left on the number of standard priced treatments taken.

Refunds due are subject to approval by a director of Cavendish Clinic and are payable during a working day − Monday to Friday.

 

PRICE LIST

 

Price lists are available with our brochure information. Please note prices may change without notice, course prices will be honoured for 12 months.

 

GENERAL

 

Gift vouchers will expire after 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash. All courses and paid treatments must be used within 12 months and 24 months if you are pregnant.

 

CHILD POLICY (UNDER 18’S)

 

In line with best practice and regulations from the Care Quality Commission, we cannot treat or see persons under the age of 18 years old – for their own safety and wellbeing.

 

STANDARD HOURS OF BUSINESS

 

Monday – Tuesday 9:30 to 6pm

Wednesday - Thursday 9:30 – 8pm

Friday 9:30 – 6pm

Saturday 9:00 – 5pm
